Has anyone dealt with nonstop collection agency harassment?

Hey everyone, I’ve been getting constant calls and letters from a collection agency and it’s starting to feel like full-on harassment. They call several times a day, even after I told them to stop, and sometimes leave threatening voicemails about wage garnishment and legal action. It’s honestly stressing me out and I’m not sure what my rights are anymore.

Have any of you dealt with something similar? Did you send a cease and desist letter, report them, or get legal help? I’m curious what actually worked for you and how you managed to make them stop.
